Works in Progress

I have too many projects underway. A few relate to bail and pretrial detention. Another is addressed to the Trusty system of prison labor. There’s one exploring power dynamics and judicial ethics in state criminal courts. And several tackle various components of a long-term theoretical agenda on law & consciousness, with an emphasis on moral agency.

Should you be interested in reading and providing input on any current draft, please don’t hesitate to email me! I am always grateful for readers and frank input.
